Last December, I signed up for my first photography workshop called “Yellow” with Olivia Markle and Tessa Tadlock. www.instagram.com/yellow.workshop And let me tell you… that experience literally jump started everythinggggg. After spending one magical weekend in Joshua Tree for this super fun adventurous desert engagement shoot with 15 other like-minded creatives @ a dope airbnb, I was hooked on free-spirited couples photography + supporting other photographers for evaaa!!

Before the workshop, I literally thought that the photography scene was sooo intimating + saturated + there couldn’t possibly be a place for me in it… but over time I’ve learned that if you really love doing something… there will always be a place for you to do it. Whatever it is on your heart… just teach yourself and start doing it. Do it while you’re young, while you still have your health, while you still have the motivation to work hard at it, + set yourself apart from the crowd.

Summer + Jeff’s bubbly/ bouncy personalities exuuudeee what it means to live a life of joy + passion + adventure!! Dancing through the desert, kissing in the sunset, + cuddling in the sand… they areeee myyyy typeee of coupleeee!!
